PLAN YOUR VISIT
We know visiting a new church can be stressful, so we want to make your visit at First Baptist Church of St. Bethlehem as easy as possible. Here are some helpful tips for you before you visit.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Every Sunday morning, we offer two worship services for you to choose from: 8:30 AM and 11:00 AM. The 8:30 AM service provides a traditional experience with piano accompaniment and hymns, while the 11:00 AM service features a more contemporary style with a full band. Dr. Jeff Burris, our pastor, shares the same biblical message in both services.
On Sunday evenings, we gather at 6:00 PM for a service that offers a blended worship experience and a unique message from Bro. Jeff. Please note that, on occasion, the evening service may be canceled, but it is generally part of our regular weekly schedule.
Dress for worship ranges from shorts and a T-shirt to suits, and everything in between. Wear what makes you comfortable—we want you to feel welcome when you worship with us.
Our main parking lot entrance is located at 2232 Wilma Rudolph Boulevard, Clarksville, TN 37040. Look for spaces marked “Guest Parking”—they’re reserved just for you! You can also access the parking lot from Fairview Lane.
If you’re visiting for the first time, we recommend entering through the main doors under the portico, marked “Worship Center.” Our Welcome Team will be there to greet you and help point you in the right direction.
At FBCSB, we’re all about family! Childcare is available for children from birth through Pre-K during our 8:30 AM and 6:00 PM worship services, and for ages birth to three during most ministry events.
At 9:45 AM, we offer age-appropriate Sunday School classes for children from birth through 12th grade. Stop by the Welcome Desk in the main lobby, and we’ll be happy to help you find the classes that best fit your family’s needs.
Students in grades 6 through college can also visit the Student Ministry Welcome Desk in Lobby 2 for more information and assistance.
We have something for everyone! During the 9:45 AM hour, we offer Sunday School classes for all ages—from birth through senior adults.
When you arrive, let us know if you’d like to attend Sunday School, and a member of our Welcome Team will help you find the class that best fits your needs. We’ll even walk you there and introduce you to the leaders and other members.
As Bro. Jeff often says, “You don’t know what FBCSB is all about until you’re a part of our Sunday School ministry.”
We invite our guests to take a moment to complete a guest card so we can have a record of your visit. You can pick one up and return it at the Welcome Desk in the main lobby, or a member of our Welcome Team will provide one for you during the worship service.
If time permits, our Welcome Team would love to meet you at one of the Welcome Desks in the lobbies. Feel free to stop by, introduce yourself, and ask any questions you may have about our church.
