Operation Christmas Child

October is Operation Christmas Child month at FBCSB.

The mission of Operation Christmas Child is to demonstrate God’s love in a tangible way to children in need around the world. Through this project, Samaritan’s Purse partners with the local church worldwide to share the Good News of Jesus Christ and make disciples of the nations.

Shoeboxes to pack (while supplies last) and instruction brochures will be available in Welcome Lobby 1 beginning Sunday, October 9.

Information you need to know: 

• The deadline to bring filled shoeboxes with $10 shipping enclosed per box is Sunday, October 30.
  • It is recommended to pay for shipping online by CLICKING HERE.
  • If you choose to enclose a check with your box, make checks payable to Samaritan’s Purse. You can write one check for multiple boxes, but boxes need to be tied or rubber-banded together.
• Do not seal boxes due to Samaritans’ Purse inspection requirements.
• You can customize, pack, and ship a box all online for $25. Go to CLICK HERE TO BUILD A BOX ONLINE  to build a box(es) without having to leave the house!
