To Securely Give Online
For instructions on how to give through our mobile app
But since you excel in everything—in faith, in speech, in knowledge, in complete earnestness and in the love we have kindled in you—see that you also excel in this grace of giving.
2 Corinthians 8:7 NIV
Tithing – giving our first fruits for God’s work on earth – shows faith in His providence. Giving online is a safe, convenient way to honor the Lord with our tithes and offerings. Through our regular contributions, we are faithful stewards of all He has provided.
If you choose to give online (one-time or recurring), you will be directed to a secure site where you may use your credit or debit card or fill out an e-check (ACH) to give your tithes and offerings to the Ministry Budget Fund and/or donate to the Building Fund (also known as Giving to Grow). With our online system, you may create a user profile for return visits and set up and personalize recurring contributions. From the Online Giving Form, you can manage your scheduled contributions and view your contribution history.
A word about credit card giving
We offer the opportunity to donate by credit card as a convenience to those who manage their finances in a God-honoring way. While the Bible teaches sacrificial and systematic gifts, it also teaches about the dangers of indebtedness. Please make sure the convenience of giving to God via credit cards aligns with Biblical teaching regarding debt.
About online giving fees
Some have asked how much it costs FBCSB to provide the convenience of credit card giving. When you use a credit card, the cost to the church is approximately 3% in processor fees. If you are interested in reducing the cost to FBCSB, you may want to consider using an e-check (ACH). E-checks work much like a debit card - the amount comes directly out of your bank account - but at a greatly reduced processing fee to the church.
All contributions to FBCSB are recorded in our system, and you will receive an annual contribution statement in January following the fiscal year-end. For more information, contact Susan Prescott, Director of Administration and Education at 931-648-0395 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
